We are always happy to hear from professionals who are interested in contributing to our programme. We work with speech therapists, occupational therapists and counsellors to ensure our students have access to all the services they need. If you would like us to consider recommending you to our families, please get in touch so we can discuss how we work in more detail.

If you are interested in teaching with us, please send us your CV, cover letter and at least one reference. We don’t require our staff to be qualified teachers but an qualification is preferred, though we can organise training ourselves if necessary. Having worked with qualified and non qualified teachers, we find that dedication, passion, motivation and advocating for these young people can be found in people from all backgrounds.

If you have come to this page then you will know by now that our project is very much community based which means we are more than happy to have volunteers working with us. What we require from you is:
A passion for working with people with special needs or a genuine interest in learning how to
A minimum commitment of 12 weeks (this can be 1, 2, 3 days a week etc but consistent for the 12 weeks
It is desirable but not necessary to have experience either of working with people with special needs or of working in a coffee shop/kitchen/bakery
If you would like to apply to be a volunteer please email us your CV, a short bio about yourself and why you want to be a part of our project. Similarly please get in touch if you have any questions.

There are various ways for the community to become involved in our initiative and we can assure you that any contribution, regardless of the nature thereof, will make a profound impact on the success of our students. Possible platforms through which you can make a difference include, but are not limited to:
Become a business partner – many businesses have job opportunities which could be filled by our members which affords the young individual the opportunity to beat the odds and play a valuable role in the working environment
Pledging time at the Centre to assist with on-site training and guidance in whichever field you might be established in
Sponsoring of equipment and/or supplies for skills development
Raising awareness for both the Centre and the objectives we strive to achieve
Participating in fundraisers
With the daunting schedules many of us regularly try to accommodate, should the above suggestions not be within your capabilities, we are always thankful for monetary donations, which can be made to:
